Among Texas Perinatal Group's varied patient services, we offer a Pre-Term Prevention Program directed principally towards women with multiple fetal pregnancies and women with a history of pre-term birth. It consists of weekly visits, comprehensive counseling on pre-term labor symptoms, lifestyle modification, weight gain and nutrition. This specialized care, which is administered by a Clinical Nurse Specialist, further involves close monitoring for infections, fetal growth, cervical change, and medications which may prevent pre-term birth.

We also offer a Diabetic Management Program which includes maternal-fetal medicine consultation, pre-conception counseling, diabetes education, and blood glucose monitoring for women with preexisting and gestational diabetes.
